— Julien Dahan— About
An attentive ear to what plays out beyond our awareness.
Julien Dahan — Psychopractitioner & Psychoanalyst, Ph.D. Philosophy
Psychoanalyst and psychopractitioner, I work in Belgium with adults going through moments of doubt, distress, or transformation. My approach is deeply rooted in attentive listening to each patient's singular speech.
The work I offer is not a standardised method, but a tailored accompaniment — a free, strictly confidential, non-judgmental space to explore what escapes our consciousness.
Together, we work to put words to your pain, restoring your full capacity to act and think.

Research & Publications
Alongside my practice, I pursue research at the intersection of philosophy, psychoanalysis and literature. I specialise in language disorders such as stuttering and aphasia. My work also analyses the question of melancholia and depression in all its forms. This ongoing reflection feeds my daily work and ensures a listening that is always in motion.
